Michele May
Partner
Head of Family Law
Michele achieved a Law Degree (LLB Honours) from the
University of Plymouth in 1995 and continued her
training at Foot Anstey Solicitors, specialising in
Family Law. She qualified as a Fellow of the
Institute of Legal Executives (FILEX) in 2001 and
has worked in private practice dealing with family
matters since 1999. Michele joined Earl and Crocker
in 2004 and has recently become a partner within the
firm.
Michele will deal with all aspects
of family disputes to include:

Michele is a member of ‘Resolution’ and is an
Accredited Specialist, with a particular specialism
in Advanced Financial Provision and Private Children
Law. Members of ‘Resolution’ promote a
non-confrontational approach to family problems and
encourage solutions that consider the needs of the
whole family, in particular the best interests of
the children.
Michele lives with her husband and young son and
enjoys spending time with her family and walking her
friendly, yet lively, chocolate Labrador. Michele
can often be found at weekends standing on the
sidelines of football pitches in all weathers
watching her son playing football.
Her other interests are running, reading, listening
to music and collecting vinyl records from the 1970s
and 80’s.
