Michele May
Michele achieved a Law Degree (LLB Honours) from the University of Plymouth in 1995 and continued her training at a prominent Plymouth firm of solicitors, specialising in Family Law. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) in 2001 and has worked in private practice since 1999, dealing with both family and conveyancing matters. Michele joined Earl and Crocker in 2004 and became a Director with the firm in 2011. Michele undertakes all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions to include, but not limited to:
· The sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
· Remortgages
· Equity Release
· Purchases using Help to Buy Equity Loans
Michele lives in the Tamar Valley with her husband and son and has a good knowledge of properties located in the surrounding areas, having lived locally since her teenage years. This local connection is often helpful when dealing with property transactions in the South East Cornwall area. She likes to practice Yoga in her spare time and has a very keen interest in music.
